Efficient ammonia extraction remains one of the key challenges for next-generation green ammonia systems. Conventional technologies rely on energy-intensive refrigeration and compression, which increase system complexity, cost, and energy demand.

This presentation introduces a sorption-based approach to ammonia extraction using advanced solid sorbents. The technology enables direct ammonia extraction from synthesis gas at near-ambient temperature, significantly reducing energy consumption while improving overall process efficiency.

The talk will discuss the principles of sorption-driven ammonia extraction, its integration into modern ammonia synthesis systems, and the potential impact on the economics of green ammonia production. Early prototype development and pilot-scale deployment plans will also be presented.
